Grand Rounds

This is exclusively for SMHP Members.  We will package these talks into modules for CME Purposes.  Each time 6 talks have been completed you will be able to submit a questionnaire with the answers to the questions for each talk, qualifying for 10 credits.  The final questionnaire will be a Google Doc but currently there is no way to save off your work as you go along.  So we are providing a Word document that will be updated with the new questions before each talk so you can fill them in as follow along and save them off until the module is complete and you are presented with the final questionnaire to complete to apply for the credits.
