Almond Flour Pizza Crust

Whether it’s vegetarian or not depends on what toppings you decide to use.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup almond flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute or until melted. Stir to combine.
  3. Add Egg and Almond Flour: Add the almond flour and egg to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms. You may need to knead it with your hands to get it fully combined.
  4. Form Crust: Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and press it into a round pizza shape about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Pre-Bake Crust: Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until it starts to turn golden brown.
  6. Add Toppings and Bake Again: Add your desired toppings and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
