• Hello Everyone, I am very excited to be part of this new organization. I am a Allergist/Sinus Surgeon by trade but have been studying mitochondrial medicine for the past 7 years. Metabolic Flexibility is so key to reduce chronic inflammation, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome. I am the Medical Director of Mitochondrial Rescue. We train Health Practitioners online to utilize advanced research grade HRV(Heart Rate Variability) with research driven mitochondrial peptides (Karnozin Extra) to improve metabolic efficiency, especially metabolic syndrome. I hope to learn as much as I can from this group and perhaps meet more redpilled mitochondriacs! I look forward to interacting.

• I use shared decision making a lot and in my role as a medical director I encourage all our clinicians to use it as well. I also like therapeutic carbohydrate restriction as well as time restricted eating in place of fasting for less than 24 hours.

• Hello All, I'm a Family Medicine physician but have been doing Integrative Medicine for the past 15 years in Moorestown, NJ. I started this health journey after my own diagnosis of diabetes in 2/2019. I was pointed towards a ketogenic diet after seeing a patient losing weight using "keto". That is when my relentless search for better health began and continues to this day. I am blessed that my wife Jane, a Health Coach herself, has been right by my side and together, we have reversed metabolic diseases, in ourselves and many others as well. Thanks to Low Carb USA I have learned so much, and I am on my way to becoming a certified Nutrition Network Practitioner as well. This new found passion for metabolic healing is now an integral part of my practice and I am thankful for the opportunity to continue to help my patients. I am excited to be a part of the SMHP and am willing to participate and help grow this Society to spread this information to the world.

• Hello Everyone, I'm a UK-based GP and was trained by Eric Westman in 2015. I'm looking forward to completing the provider accreditation process. I've treated hundreds of patients for a multitude of conditions with an LCHF approach but still feel the need to combat the sceptics with letters after my name!
