• I would like to know what evidence the oncologist was relying on to give that advice. Having gone through a little spell of that “C” myself, I dos very well by being in very low GKI and fasting 2 days before and 2 days after weekly treatments for 6 weeks. Misconceptions like this makes me a little angry. Update please!

• I would have expected high insulin, not low/ideal insulin given very high glucose levels. This particular client also didn't respond well to exogenous insulin unless he took very high doses, which then caused hypoglycemia.

• I've had several clients like this myself and haven't yet found answers. I'm wondering if there isn't something wrong in the insulin signaling cascade. A lacking nutrient? Bile? I've been asking around, but haven't gotten any good answers from anyone on what else it could be. Cortisol could certainly play a role, but I've had a few who didn't have cortisol issues and still had this same profile with relatively low insulin but very high glucose and A1c. CGM data shows very high glucose even with clean keto or carnivore eating.
