Instructions:

- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the coconut flakes, chopped almonds, chopped pecans, and sunflower seeds. If using, add a small amount of freeze-dried raspberries.
- Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix the sugar-free syrup (or coconut oil), melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to ensure everything is well-coated.
- Bake: Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
